Wills/Estates/Trusts
The Wills/Estates/Trusts area of practice is a long-standing strength of Chappell Partners LLP.
Typical services in the Wills area would include the drafting of simple or complex Wills, multiple Wills as well as Living Wills.
Estate services include court applications to probate a Will as well as providing counsel and advice to Estate Trustees. Full estate administration services, including estate trust accounting, are provided upon request.
The Trusts area of practice includes both Trusts established by Will and Trusts created “inter vivos” (or during the lifetime of the person creating the Trust). Increasing, family Trusts as well as “alter ego” Trusts and charitable remainder Trusts are being utilized to achieve client objectives.
